Our Company’s doors are always open for new clients visitation but it should be noted that we have to be informed about their interest for a site visit by email at least 2 weeks before the actual time of visit.
There are two options which we present to interested visitors.
- For new clients who wishes to visit us before placing their orders will be required to follow our below procedure before a letter of invitation if given to them with a subsequent date of visit.
You will be required to give us your full name as in traveling document (passport), the Passport number with full name and address of your company which will enable us to prepare a yard inspection document for you.
This above process will be accompanied with a none refundable fee of EUR 285 which will be used to prepare for your arrival here and also the issuance of the said Invitation letter.
- For new clients who wishes to place a trail order with us and make their deposit before visiting at the time of loading, they will not need to pay this fee of EUR 285 as we will prepare their invitation letter at our cost since they will be with us at the time of loading their shipment.
